A history of hardships has taught the secretive dwarven clans who live beneath the hills abutting the western edge of Moonlight Forest caution. Children like Bruno were rarely allowed to play above ground, and only on condition that they remain quiet and never enter the wood. Bruno was afraid as any other of the darkness between the trees, but he was even more curious. Sometimes he thought he heard music drifting out from beneath the mysterious canopy. One day, he could no longer fight the urge to seek its source. He was not seen again for almost a year.
When Bruno suddenly emerged from the forest, it was clear he was changed. He spoke of following "the singers" for days that felt like years. Sometimes they had left him morsels and sometimes their voices diverted aggressive beasts. Sometimes they abandoned him, but they always returned, just beyond seeing. He began to add his voice to theirs, for he sensed in their strange attentions the desire to teach. Finally, the singers led him home.
Bruno's new, expressive personality could no longer be contained in the Halls-beneath-the-hills. Quietly, he departed and, singing all the while, he walked until he crossed paths with the Carnivale.
Before long, he was known as the troupe's most beloved spinner of tall tales. Only Cassandra believed his fantastical tales of the forest were mostly true, if strongly embellished. All delighted in his magical voice, though, for the way he could tug upon the heart as well as the spleen, drawing tears and mirth with equal skill. Many years Bruno spent happily wandering the realm with his found family, until the rising threat of the Void made such a lifestyle too dangerous and too hard to earn a living.

Special Skills
Grant 25% Healing to all allies and grant Archlands and Carnivale allies gain Focus Up for 2 turns. Inflict 15% Turn Meter Down on all enemies. If Bruno has Spotlight this Turn Meter Down is [Irresistible]. If any ally has Spotlight and they have no debuffs, grant them 5% Void Touch Cleanse (or 10% if they are Carnivale). Otherwise, grant them full Debuff Dispel.

- Lv. 4: +5% Healing; -1 Cooldown
- Lv. 5: Grant Archlands and Carnivale allies gain Focus Up for 2 turns.

Switch ballade based on target ally - if target ally is Tank or Support or they are below 25% Health, play Soothing Chords, otherwise play Rhymes of Valor. Grant target ally full Debuff Dispel and additionally 25% Healing if playing Soothing Chords or 25% Turn Meter Up if playing Rhymes of Valor. Ally with Spotlight also gains these effects. Then, gain 10% Turn Meter Up for each other Archlands ally, doubled if they are Carnivale. If Bruno has Spotlight, all Carnivale allies gain 10% Turn Meter Up.

Traits
Bruno starts battle playing Rhymes of Valor. If Bruno plays Rhymes of Valor, each time other ally ends their turn, they gain 5% Turn Meter Up. If Bruno plays Soothing Chords, each time other ally starts their turn, they gain 5% Healing or random Debuff Dispel if their Health was full. These effects are increased by 50% for Archlands allies and doubled for Carnivale allies. If Bruno has Spotlight and there are no other Minstrel allies, effects of this skill are twice as strong and affect Bruno as well.

- Lv. 4: Grant random Debuff Dispel instead of Healing when ally Health is full.
- Lv. 5: Effects are 50% stronger for other Archlands allies and doubled for other Carnivale allies.
- ★★★★★ If Bruno has Spotlight and there are no other Minstrel allies, effects of this skill are twice as strong and affect Bruno as well.
If there are at least 3 Carnivale allies, Bruno can trigger Star of the Show to gain Spotlight. When Bruno gains Spotlight, he gains a full Debuff Dispel or, if he had no debuffs, gains 10% Void Touch Cleanse. Then, he gains 40% Healing. When Bruno has Spotlight, he has +10% Healing Effect for each Carnivale ally.
Bruno can trigger Embrace The Void to gain Void Power. Bruno gains +20% Max Health, Healing Effect and Crit Resistance per 1 Void Power. [On Embrace The Void] Bruno gains Cooldowns Reset on Banjo Maestro. [On Turn Start] Bruno gains 5% Healing per 1 Void Power. [On Round End] If Bruno has Spotlight and there are no defeated Carnivale allies, Bruno grants 10% Void Touch Cleanse to Carnivale ally with the highest Void Touch.
